Weekday Bible Studies
Explorer's Bible Study
Meeting Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, Explorers in the 2011/2012 term is taking an in-depth look at the Gospel of John, in the quest to gain more insight to the foundations of the faith. The course uses an excellent workbook from Joy of Living to guide the study and research for discussion questions. Classes begin September 27, 2011 and run through the end of May, 2012. For information contact: Karl Weiskopf, kwsolutions@q.com .
Women's Bible Study
The goal of the Women's Bible study can be found directly in Scripture, namely to "let us know; let us press on to know the Lord" (Hosea 6:3) for "the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action" (Daniel 11:32). Thus, a weekly women's bible study offers two Tuesday classes to accommodate varied schedules. Meeting in the morning at 10:30 AM at St. George’s Church, child care is available. The same class is offered on Tuesday evenings at Karla Probert’s house at 7:30 pm.
You are invited, indeed encouraged, to join with women of all ages and stages to mine the rich veins of Holy Scripture. This course is specifically designed to allow women to attend as available -- it is never too late to join!
